This two-day class will introduce students to the art of enameling. In this class, students will use a kiln to create enameled forms. Kiln safety will be discussed. Several projects will be completed that emphasize the techniques used in basic enameling, such as sifting enamel, wet-packing enamel, and using stencils to create design with both opaque and transparent enamels.


Supplies: Students must wear closed-toe shoes at all times during class.
